At Hoath, we are aware that children require medication at various points of their school lives. If this is the case, please bring your child's medication to the office where you will be asked to fill in a form detailing dosage and prescription. This medication will be then stored appropriately until it is given and recorded by a school adult. 

If your child has a specific medical condition, it is important that the correct forms are completed on your child's entry to school. This will allow the correct procedures to be carried out regarding your child's treatment. 

Many children have allergies. It is important that we know any allergies your child may have so that we can ensure we keep them safe whilst in school. Please report these to the office and complete the appropriate forms.
